50-year-old Bobby Webster was charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault after grabbing his girlfriend by the shoulder, and then returning to point a handgun at their roommate.
On September 25th, Memphis Police Officers responded to 1494 Compton Avenue regarding an aggravated assault. Bobby Webster and girlfriend, Keela Slugs had an argument that turned physical. Webster grabbed Suggs by her left shoulder which put her in fear of bodily harm. They then got into a car and left.
Webster went back to the residence and argued with their roommate, Seleana Pryor who called the police after he aimed his semi-automatic handgun at her. Webster again fled the scene and was later detained and returned to 1494 Compton Avenue, where Pryor positively identified him. Webster was advised of his Miranda Rights and later gave an admission of guilt to investigators. The gun was never recovered.
Bobby Webster was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor domestic assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
