61-year-old Victor Webb was charged with aggravated criminal trespassing after he was found panhandling at a location he was told that he is no longer allowed to visit.
On October 15th, Memphis Police Officers Fritz and Jackson responded to a call about a person panhandling and harassing customers. He was doing so in the parking lot of the Valero Gas Station located at 951 South Parkway East. When they arrived, they witnessed Victor Webb panhandling and arrested him.
Officer Jackson reported that he has already arrested Victor several times this year for trespassing at that location, and knows Victor is not allowed on the property.
Victor Webb was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal trespassing and is currently jailed in lieu of a $2,000 bond.
