28-year-old Maurice Wilkins was charged with domestic assault after he got angry about his Audi breaking down and stomped on his girlfriend’s head, per report.
On November 13th, Memphis Police Officers Jones and Brown responded to a domestic assault call from Crump Boulevard and Wellington Street. Per the affidavit, Alizsa Mallory stated that Mallorie Turner knocked on her door at 345 East E.H. Crump Boulevard and advised that her boyfriend, Maurice Wilkins, became angry about his Audi breaking down and beat her.
According to the report, Maurice stomped on Mallorie’s head with his Timberland boots and had a pair of brass knuckles. The officers reported significant swelling to Mallorie’s forehead and possibly internal bleeding. Mallorie refused to cooperate with officers and would not give any information on what happened other than that Maurice took her phone from her.
Maurice Wilkins was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $3,000 bond.
