53-year-old Kaime Williams Gadson, a Memphis youth services specialist, was charged with domestic assault when he pushed, dragged, and strangled his wife when she wanted to know what he was hiding from her.
On October 25th, Memphis Police Officers Sutton and Brown responded to a domestic assault at 4978 Farmwood Drive. Christina Peterson reported to officers that her husband Kaime Williams Gadson was verbally abusing her. Christina stated Kaime became upset because she wanted to know what he was hiding from her.
Officers stated that Christina admitted that she threw Kaime’s keys to him and requested that he leave the residence. She stated Kaime pushed her head into the wall and dragged her across the room before he strangled her. Officers noted that Christina did not lose consciousness and there was an abrasion on her left knee.
Kaime Williams Gadson was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
