33-year-old Jen’Nita Moore was charged with aggravated assault after her boyfriend told authorities she threatened him with a 9mm handgun.
On September 9th, Memphis Police Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 3614 Suzanne Drive. The officers spoke with Antwarn Franklin. He advised officers that his live-in girlfriend, Jen’Nita Moore grabbed a 9mm Taurus handgun and pointed it at his head.
Antwarn said that she pointed the loaded weapon at his temple with one round set in the chamber, and said, “I got the power now.” Mr. Franklin also had various injuries on his body and a bite on his upper arm.
Jen’Nita Moore was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
